Treatment Rooms at Newmarket Leisure

We have one treatment room available for hire and which has been fitted out to a high standard with feature lighting, hand sink and lockable storage.
A reception waiting area is provided with secure sale display and storage for complementary products.

  Rates of Hire

  Our room hire includes the use of couch, lighting, heating and ventilation, water, waiting area, toilets and changing rooms.

  Hourly:

  (minimum two hours)
• £7.00 daytime
• £8.50 evenings

  By the Day Rate:

• £30.00

  By the Month:

• £330.00

  Hire rates are subject to an annual price review, with any rate changes taking effect from April.

  Daytimes:

  Monday – Friday

  09.00 – 13.00
  13.30 – 17.30

  Evenings:

  Monday to Friday

  18.30 – 22.00 (Last booking at 21.00)

  Weekends:

  Saturdays

  09.00 – 13.00
  13.30 – 17.30 (Last Booking 16.00)

  Sundays

  10.00 – 14.00

  Bookings terms:

  All hirers must complete a booking form stating exactly the days and times required.
  Hirers will be required to organise their own bookings and cancellations.
  In the event of sickness it will be the hirer’s responsibility to contact their customers to rearrange appointments.
  Room hire is not refundable in the event of sickness.
